About the Artist
Page Shepherd is a self-taught artist who translates the beautiful and unique things found in nature and in urban spaces into paintings designed to bring beauty and color into your home. She often brings her dog Lulu on "scouting" walks to photograph things that catch her eye. You can get to know Page better by checking out some of her posts on Instagram @pageshepart
For the summer Page resides in the lovely mountains of western North Carolina and her work reflects the abundant natural world found there. If you've ever visited a waterfall, hiked in the woods, picked a wildflower or admired the beauty of hay bales and cows on rolling golden farms, then her North Carolina paintings are perfect for you.
Located in St. Petersburg Florida most of the year, her Florida series paintings focus on places that are beloved by locals and visitors to this vibrant city. Paintings of the pink Vinoy Hotel, the Pier overlooking Tampa Bay, the iconic Ferg's Sports Bar, cheerful restaurants in Gulfport, sweet bungalows in Historic Kenwood are just a few examples. Of course, she loves to paint smaller vibrant paintings of fish, turtles, birds and other animals too which can be displayed in groups of two or three or as stand alone paintings.
